Prymat's fine-grained curing salt is ideal for preparing homemade meats, cold cuts and sausages. Suitable both for dry curing and wet brining. It makes meat juicy, enhances its flavour and aroma and gives it an appetising pink colour. Meat cured in such a way is ready for further processing, including cooking, roasting or smoking.
