Non-Iodised

Prymat's non-iodised rock salt for preserves is extracted from salt mines without any chemical processing. Because it is 100% natural, it can be completely white, but also greyish or pink. Ideal for homemade preserves such as cucumbers in vinegar or brine and sauerkraut.
